UECBV celebrates the election of the new president at annual Conference & AGM in Barcelona, Spain Mr. Laurens Hoedemaker was elected new president of UECBV. The 52-year-old veterianian and experienced Board member is president of COV and VNV, the associations for the meat producers and meat processors in the Netherlands. He now brings his expertise and power in a new role to the European Livestock and Meat Sector. UECBV elected Mr. Roland Ackermann, CEO from Alpenrind GmbH and Board member of the Austrian Economic Chamber as vice-president for the UECBV Meat Industry Section.
